The membership is self guided and gives you access to our app & programs. 1:1 Coaching provides a deeper dive into customized programming & nutrition protocols, guided by a coach with weekly check ins & success calls! You can upgrade at any time if you need more support.

Yes! This is a monthly membership- feel free to come & go as you need! Keep in mind that completing a program fully will give you the best results! Most programs are 6-12 weeks!
